Symptoms

Wrong characters are displayed when you press multiple keys simultaneously or type fast on the 1Zone Alienware m16 R1 and m16 R2 keyboard.

Cause

The anti ghosting technology list includes only commonly used key combinations and is not comprehensive.

Resolution

Keyboard Ghosting

If keyboard ghosting occurs on the Alienware m16 R1 and m16 R2 with the 1Zone Keyboard (Dell Part #078H1), it is due to the technical limitations beyond the combinations covered by the anti ghosting technology.
