Symptoms

  • NetWorker Remote Exec(nsrexecd) 서비스 결과 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

    "The NetWorker Remote Exec Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

UI에 표시되는 오류 메시지

  • 이 daemon.raw 로그(위치: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\logs\ Windows에서 또는 /nsr/logs/ Linux)에는 다음과 유사한 항목이 포함되어 있습니다.
RAP critical Attributes 'name' or 'my hostname' of the nsrla resource do not resolve to the machine's hostname 'clientname.domain.com'. To correct the error, it may be necessary to delete the NSRLA database.

Cause

클라이언트 시스템의 이름이 변경되었지만 NSRLA 데이터베이스에는 여전히 이전 호스트 이름이 포함되어 있습니다. 이러한 불일치로 인해 nsrexecd 서비스가 올바르게 초기화되지 않았습니다. 

Resolution

  1. 클라이언트에서 모든 NetWorker 서비스를 중지합니다.
  2. NSRLA 데이터베이스 디렉토리의 이름을 변경합니다.
    • Windows:
      이름 변경 C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\res\nsrladb 에서 nsrladb_old
    • Linux:
      이름 변경 /nsr/res/nsrladb 에서 nsrladb_old
  3. NetWorker 서비스를 재시작합니다.
    새 NSRLA 데이터베이스가 올바른 호스트 이름으로 생성됩니다.
