Symptoms

PowerStoreOS v4.2에서 4.1 RxDefinitions 패키지 삭제가 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다. "The system encountered unexpected backend errors. Please contact support. (0xE0101001000C)

Cause

4.2 코드는 Rx_Definitions 패키지를 지원하지 않습니다. 따라서 4.2 코드를 실행하는 시스템에서 Rx_Definitions 패키지를 업로드하려고 하면 예상대로 예측 가능한 오류가 발생합니다. 그러나 시스템이 4.0/4.1 코드에 따라 작동하는 동안 Rx_Definitions 패키지가 업로드되고 고객이 이를 설치하지 않고 이후에 시스템을 4.2 코드로 업그레이드하는 경우. 업그레이드가 성공적으로 완료된 후 고객이 Rx_Definitions 패키지를 삭제하려고 하면 4.2 코드가 Rx_Definitions 패키지를 지원하지 않으므로 실패합니다.
