Symptoms

CloudIQ ポータルには、Isilon クラスタセキュアリモートサービス (SRS) が有効になっており、有効になっていることが示されています。

CloudIQ ポータルは、接続が停止したことを示します。

すべての前提条件は、オンボード KB 157794 に従って満たされます。Isilon-PowerScale CloudIQ: CloudIQ へのオンボード Isilon の一般的な手順

セキュアリモートサービスは、gateway の下で管理され、ステータスが [good] であるクラスタを表示します。

ゲートウェイで httpd ログを実行すると、アクセスログ内のキープアライブへの接続が表示されますが、mft データは送信されません。

Cause

クラスタ側では、テレメトリが無効になっています。

Resolution

確認するには、コマンドラインで isi esrs テレメトリビュー コマンドを実行します。      
テレメトリ有効:
保留中のアップロードなし: 0

テレメトリが有効化されていない場合は、 isi esrs テレメトリ modify--enabled = true を実行して有効にします。
