Error 1303.The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Protection\Encryption\Local Console. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator.
Cause
メジャー アップグレード(v7.xから8.x、v8.2.xから8.3.xなど)を実行すると、インストーラが初期チェックを実行した後にファイルがロックされ、すべてのファイルが使用可能であることを確認します。その結果、Shieldを部分的にアンインストールした後にアンインストール、修復、またはアップグレードできないエラーが発生します。
Dell Data Protection |Encryption 8.2.1.8591 クライアントドロップには、すべてのアップグレードをメジャーアップグレードとして扱うコードがあり、この問題を引き起こす可能性もあります。
Resolution
次のコマンドラインを使用して、取り付けられている Shield を部分的にリカバリします。機能状態ではありませんが、その後のアンインストールと再インストールを行って、すべての機能を有効にできます。
