Avamar: Risoluzione dei problemi relativi agli errori HFSCHECK dovuti a MSG_ERR_INPROGRESS

Symptoms

Una convalida del checkpoint (hfscheck) può non riuscire con diversi sintomi. Questo articolo si riferisce a un hfscheck In caso contrario, viene visualizzato l'errore MSG_ERR_INPROGRESS.

Questo evento può essere registrato come evento Dial Home, come evento dell'interfaccia utente o visualizzato durante la connessione a una sessione SSH sull'Avamar Utility Node.

Cause

Questo errore viene generato se un nuovo hfscheck processo viene avviato mentre un altro hfscheck è già in esecuzione.

Resolution

1. Verificare se hfscheck è già in esecuzione eseguendo una delle seguenti azioni:
 
  • Dall'interfaccia utente di MC (server, gestione dei checkpoint):

L'output precedente mostra che hfscheck È in corso per cp.20250422012428. Viene visualizzato in verde. Nella sezione Convalida checkpoint è presente "Ora di inizio", ma l'ora di completamento mostra "In corso"

L'output mostra anche altri due checkpoint:
  • Il checkpoint cp.20250422011017 è convalidato, viene visualizzato in blu e presenta sia un'ora di inizio che un'ora di fine.
  • Il checkpoint cp.20250422012347 non è convalidato, viene visualizzato in rosso e indica "Not Validated" sia in "Start Time" che in "Finished Time" 
 
  • Da AUI (Server, gestione dei checkpoint):Elenco dei checkpoint AUI

L'output precedente mostra che hfscheck È in corso per cp.20250422011017. Nella colonna convalidata non è presente nulla per cp.20250422011017 ed è presente un'ora di inizio della convalida, ma non un'ora di fine della convalida.

L'output mostra anche altri due checkpoint:
  • Il checkpoint cp.20250422010008 è convalidato (la colonna convalidata presenta un segno di spunta e sono presenti un'ora di inizio della convalida e un'ora di fine della convalida
  • Il checkpoint cp.20250421210642 non è convalidato, presenta un punto interrogativo nella colonna convalidata e non è presente l'ora di inizio della convalida o l'ora di fine della convalida
 
  • Dalla sezione status.dpn .

2. Se hfscheck è in esecuzione (o era in esecuzione al momento della generazione dell'errore), non sono necessarie ulteriori azioni.

Se hfscheck non è in esecuzione (o non era in esecuzione al momento in cui è stato generato l'errore) e il messaggio persiste, contattare il supporto tecnico Dell Technologies per assistenza.
