Symptoms
Migration session creation for a large volume_group, and a large number snapshots fails.
Cause
Migration session creation for a large volume_group or a large number snapshots (i.e. over 100) could fail if some of the snapshots are due to expire in next several minute due to contention between the migration and the snapshot expiration.
Resolution
Retry migration session creation.
If it fails, identify any snapshots of the volume_group that are about to expire in next 30 minutes and extend their expiration time by one hour and retry migration session creation.
