nsrsqlsv ログには、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。 
nsrsqlsv NSR info SQL Connection to "\" is created. SQL Server Version is 11.00.7507
nsrsqlsv NSR critical Cannot login to SQL Server "\".
nsrsqlsv: SQL Server Network Interfaces: Error Locating Server/Instance Specified [xFFFFFFFF].
nsrsqlsv: (Error: -1)

Cause

SQLブラウザー サービスがセカンダリー サーバー、ミラーリングされたSQL Serverで実行されていませんでした。
