Symptoms

使用下列其中一種使用者名稱格式時，PowerStore Manager 登入失敗：
  • User@netbios_name
  • 使用者/netbios_name
使用者名稱及/或密碼組合可能無效，或使用者帳戶可能遭鎖定。

Cause

在 PowerStoreOS 3.5 中，輸入 PowerStore Manager 登入的 LDAP 使用者認證時，縮短的 NetBIOS 名稱已不再有效。

Resolution

在 PowerStoreOS 3.5 中，以 LDAP 使用者身分登入時，請使用完整網域名稱 （FQDN） 或通用主體名稱 （UPN）：
  • user@FQDN.company.com
  • FQDN.company.com/user
