ABV0007: VM Direct engine 'localhost' is unable to back up the virtual machine 'my-vm-name' on vCenter 'my-vcenter.my-domain.com' because of an SQL agent issue.

The VM Direct engine cannot complete the backup of this virtual machine because the SQL agent operation was unsuccessful.

 If there is too much activity on the vSphere and the guest virtual machine, wait until some activities complete and then retry the operation.

为保护策略配置的密码箱凭据使用 Active Directory 域帐户。凭据配置不包括用户帐户的域名。保护策略凭据帐户必须使用 “User@Domain” 格式。

编辑保护策略凭据的存储身份验证详细信息。

1. 在左侧导航窗格中，选择“AdministrationCredentials>”以查看“Credentials detail”窗口。
2. 在存储的凭据列表中找到凭据。使用筛选器和列排序选项来组织凭据列表。
3. 从列表中选择 凭据 ，然后单击 编辑。此时将打开Edit Credential对话框。
4. 将“username”字段从“testuser”修改为“testuser@my-domain”。
5. 单击 Save 以更新存储的凭据。
6. 使用 更新的凭据测试保护策略。
