Symptoms

이 문제는 iDRAC UI를 사용하여 설정 암호를 설정하려고 할 때 나타납니다.

암호를 설정하려고 할 때에도 발생하는 '잘못된 값' 오류가 특징입니다.

다음을 시도해도 오류가 지속됩니다.

  1. 다른 키보드
  2. 가상 콘솔에서 가상 키보드 사용
  3. iDRAC 업데이트

그러나 BIOS를 사용하여 암호를 직접 설정하면 작동하며 문제가 나타나지 않습니다.

Cause

이 문제는 오래된 펌웨어로 인해 발생합니다.

Resolution

이 문제는 BIOS를 지원 페이지의 수정 사항 및 개선 사항에 있는 버전 2.6.3으로 업데이트하면 해결됩니다.
