Symptoms

Inability to log out from the Client Manager.
Error messages regarding CSRF token and TypeError are displayed.

Cause

The issue arises due to cookies not being cleared automatically, leading to CSRF token errors.

Resolution

Fix:
Engineering is developing a permanent fix.

Temporary workaround:
This involves manually clearing the JSESSION ID cookie:

  1. Right-click inside the page and select 'Inspect'.
  2. Navigate to the 'Application' tab.
  3. Under 'Cookies', select the 'JSESSION ID' and delete it.
  4. Refresh the Client Manager page to return to the login prompt.
