从 SQL Studio 配置的 SQL 数据库备份作业会启动，但备份不会启动，也不会显示任何进度。
从命令行运行的手动备份已成功完成。

Cause
据观察，对于某些 SQL 数据库备份，备份不会从客户端属性中设置的默认并行度 4 开始。由于客户端并行度限制，保存的作业无法启动。
为 nsrjobd 进程设置 debug 后，为 nsrjobd 进程

Resolution
在客户端属性选项卡“全局 1/2”中将并行度参数增加到 12。
