Symptoms

정책에 VM을 추가하려고 할 때 PowerProtect Data Manager는 VM에서 LWD를 활성화하려고 시도합니다. 이 작업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

VM이 마이그레이션되고 있지 않습니다. DRS가 비활성화되었습니다.

Cause

vSphere의 일부 알 수 없는 상태가 이 장애를 초래했습니다. 이 문제가 발생하기 전에 vCenter Server가 응답하지 않았습니다. vCenter가 응답하지 않는 경우 VM이 마이그레이션되었을 수 있습니다.

Resolution

다음 단계를 통해 문제가 해결되었습니다.

1. vSphere UI에서 VM
2를 종료합니다. vCenter 인벤토리에서 VM을 제거합니다.
3. vCenter Server에서 VM을 다시 등록합니다(데이터 저장소를 탐색하고 다시 등록할 VMs vmx 파일을 찾습니다).
