"Log could not be retrieved"

ADM8010E - Backup was unable to copy requested log file "S0000001.LOG" for inclusion in the backup image. The backup has been aborted.

SQL2428N - The backup operation did not complete because an error was encountered while the backup utility was retrieving the log files.

DIA3841E - A file "" could not be found.

Cause

Si tratta di un problema noto che IBM ha risolto nel recente DB2 11.5.8 e 11.5.9 FIXPACK 0.

Resolution

È disponibile l'opzione seguente:

  1. IBM ha una correzione per questo problema in DB2 11.5.8 e versioni successive. Se l'utente utilizza una build speciale per DB2 11.5.8 o 11.5.9, deve contattare il supporto IBM per un FIXPACK che includa la build speciale.
Nella versione DB2 in uso deve essere utilizzato il seguente DT:

DT1473612IT40335: HADR STANDBY SI ARRESTA A CAUSA DELLA MANCATA RICERCA DI UN FILE DI REGISTRO RECUPERATO DALL'ARCHIVIO.

  1. L'utente deve avere VENDOROPT impostato su un file CFG e il file CFG deve avere DB2INSTANCE impostato.
