Cause
The unsupported use of a Cisco SFP+ Module SFP-H10GB-CU3M on a Broadcom 57810 NetXtreme II 10-Gigabit NIC can cause network performance issues. Intermittent iSCSI disconnections may occur.
Resolution
Replace the SFP+ module with a supported module.
