Symptoms
Un server Windows NetWorker Management Console (NMC) è stato modificato in modo da utilizzare un certificato server firmato dalla CA anziché il certificato autofirmato predefinito.

È stata utilizzata la versione corretta di OpenSSL per la versione NMC: NetWorker: Il servizio NMC GST si avvia, quindi si arresta immediatamente dopo la sostituzione di cakey.pem
Cause
Problema di codifica del cakey.pem file.
Le cakey.pem Il file è stato creato usando PowerShell. Il formato predefinito per i file in uscita è UTF-16 LE. Il file non viene letto correttamente durante l'avvio del servizio GSTD, causando l'errore.
Resolution
Quando si crea il file cakey.pem utilizzando PowerShell, applicare la codifica ASCII. Esempio:
Get-Content C:\tmp\server.key.pem, C:\tmp\server.crt.pem | Out-File C:\tmp\cakey.pem -Encoding ascii
