Symptoms
As per the Below Screenshot

Cause
Customer DNS server does not support eDNS (Extension Mechanisms for DNS) which is causing the problem for the deployment.
Resolution
To resolve the validation error, either:
- Enable EDNS in the customer's DNS environment
- Configured DNS lookup/forwarding on a FreeIPA server
After making the change the validation errors will clear.
