Cause

Proxy 無法解析至 DNS。
開啟 Putty 工作階段至 Proxy 會顯示主機名： localhost

Resolution

  1. 開啟 Proxy 的 putty - 如果主機名顯示「localhost」，請注意
  2. 確認 Proxy 可執行以下操作，解決其 FQDN、短名稱和反向 IP 查閱 DNS 伺服器問題：
    1. nslookup proxydnhostname .domain.com
    2. nslookup ###.###.#######
    3. *也確認Avamar公用程式節點可解析 Proxy FQDN、短名稱和反向IP查詢
  3. 如果 Proxy 無法將其主機名解析為 DNS，請確認 IP 或閘道沒有 DNS 問題或網路相關問題。
  4. DNS 問題解決后，請嘗試重新註冊 Proxy。請參閱 Avamar VMware 使用者指南。
