Symptoms

OpenStack backup failing from what appears to be a bad response. From the DPE proxy logs, it appears the response in the Json file is missing a record; "AttributeError: 'json_record' object has no attribute 'tenant_id'"
DPE proxy logs, It appears the authentication is happening as admin.

Cause

Backup_Admin role is not added as member of the project.

 

Resolution

Change the Backup_admin role as member of the project.
