Alienware x15 R1 和 Alienware x17 R1 遊戲專用筆記本電腦可能會出現以下徵兆：

  • 遊戲顯示停止回應，音效停止，游標在此視窗中無法運作。
  • 您可以切換至其他開啟的視窗、應用程式，以及音效和游標正常運作。

只有在您將輸出顯示器切換至 第二個螢幕僅 顯示模式時，才會出現此問題。這出現在遊戲 的圖說聯盟，以及 Dungeon 線上 聯盟 （圖.1）：
