Síntomas

  • FLRが実行されていた仮想マシン(VM)には、パーティション化されていないハード ディスクが追加されていました。
  • NetWorker VMware Protection統合は、vProxyアプライアンスを使用して構成されています。
  • NetWorker 19.7.0.x(vProxy 4.3.0-22)以前。
  • 仮想マシン(VM)FLRリストアが環境で実行されており、次のエラーで失敗します。

Causa

VMにはパーティション化されていない/フォーマットされたディスクが接続されています。

オペレーティング システム コマンドを使用して、未フォーマットディスクを確認できます。

Resolución

解決方法:

未フォーマットディスクをスキップするコード修正がリリースされました。

  • NetWorkerサーバーを19.7.0.x以降にアップグレードします。
  • vProxyを4.3.0~29以降にアップグレードします。

FLRを実行すると、未フォーマット ディスクがスキップされることを報告します。

対処方法:

NetWorker 19.7.xおよびvProxy 4.3.0-29より前は、VMのインスタント リカバリーを実行します。これにより、Data Domainシステム上にVMの一時的(オフライン)コピーが作成されます。必要なディスクは、ソース(オンライン)VMにNFSマウントし、VMオペレーティング システムからコピーできます。このプロセスの詳細については、次を参照してください。https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/000158482
