NetWorker：保存身份验证数据库时，Bootstrap 备份失败。错误：“nsrauthcasm”退出并显示代码 1 无法编码参数

nsrauthcasm: The temporary file 'C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\authcdb_000001' for backup did not get generated correctly.
nsrauthcasm: XDR flush failed.
save: external ASM `nsrauthcasm' exited with code 1
:save: C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\authcdb.mv.db was not successfully saved
Can't encode arguments

Causa

身份验证数据库文件不匹配。  在 NetWorker 19.8.x 上，C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server\tomcat\data\ 下的身份验证数据由两个文件组成：authcdb.mv.db 和 authcdb.lock。  在这种情况下，身份验证数据位置具有 authcdb.h2.db 的拷贝，这是主动更新的拷贝，而不是 authcdb.mv.db。

Resolución

重新创建身份验证数据库。在 Windows NetWorker 服务器上，通过使用全新的身份验证文件重新安装 NetWorker 软件包来完成此操作。

步骤：

1.从 程序和功能 中卸载 NetWorker。
2.重命名“C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\authc-server”
3。通过现有文件结构重新安装 NetWorker。将创建新的 authc-server 目录。

这不会对现有 NetWorker 配置或备份造成任何风险;但是，您需要重新创建 NetWorker 管理员密码。如果您之前配置了其他 NetWorker 用户或集成了外部机构 （AD/LDAP），则需要重新配置它。
