Resolución

In this case:

  1. Open SQL Server Management Studio
  2. Go to the Properties of the Login.
    Note: The Login under instance\Security not the User under database\Security, used by the Dell Data Protection services to connect to the Dell Data Protection database
  3. Ensure that the Default database is set to the Dell Data Protection database.
  4. The default language is set to English.
  5. Then restart the Security and Compatibility Server services.
