Symptômes

Dell Display & Peripheral Manager (DDPM) CLI set コマンドは、複数のDell Pro Pシリーズ モニターのWebカメラ設定を同時に変更する場合があります。

この問題は、次の条件下で発生します。

  • Dell Display & Peripheral Manager(DDPM)がコンピューターにインストールされています。
  • コンピューターは、Webカメラを内蔵した複数のDell Pro Pシリーズ モニターに接続されています。
  • DDPM CLIのsetコマンドは、WEBカメラ関連の設定に対して発行されます。

Cause

DDPMコンポーネントが異なれば、内蔵Webカメラと外部Webカメラで異なる処理ロジックが使用されます。この動作の不一致のため、CLIは set サポートされている複数のディスプレイが接続されている場合、コマンドでターゲット デバイスを正しく分離できない場合があります。

Résolution
