Symptômes

iDRAC9 펌웨어 버전 4.40.40.00(또는 그 이상)과 함께 제공된 iDRAC9(Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 9)이 있는 Dell EMC PowerEdge 서버의 경우 이전 버전의 iDRAC9 펌웨어를 설치하려면 2단계 다운그레이드 경로가 필요합니다. iDRAC9 펌웨어를 2021년 2월 이전의 펌웨어 버전으로 다운그레이드하려고 하면 펌웨어 업데이트에 실패합니다. 수명주기 로그에서 iDRAC 재부팅 중에 정보 RAC0181 이벤트가 기록됩니다.

Cause

Dell EMC PowerEdge 14세대 서버에는 시스템 보드에 내장된 인증서로 확인하기 위해 펌웨어 이미지가 필요한 신뢰할 수 있는 하드웨어 신뢰 루트 보안 기능이 도입되었습니다. iDRAC9 4.40.40.00부터 iDRAC에 적용하려면 펌웨어 이미지에서 새 하드웨어 인증서를 확인해야 합니다. 이전 iDRAC 펌웨어 이미지에는 최신 하드웨어 인증서 이미지가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

Résolution

iDRAC9을 2021년 2월 이전 펌웨어 버전으로 다운그레이드하려면 먼저 iDRAC에서 iDRAC9 펌웨어 버전 4.40.10.00으로 다운그레이드해야 합니다. 이 펌웨어 버전은 레거시 신뢰할 수 있는 하드웨어 신뢰 루트 인증서를 지원하며 이전 버전으로 다운그레이드할 수 있습니다.
