注意：Dell PN5122W 主動式觸控筆只能用於 2 合 1 筆記型電腦版本，但 Precision 5470 Mobile Workstation （需要特定的 LCD 版本） 和 Latitude 7320 Detachable 除外。
有些機型有兩個版本，一般筆記型電腦版本 （例如：Latitude 5320） 和 2 合 1 版本 （例如：Latitude 5320 二合一）。

故障診斷

問題 可能的原因 可能的解決方案
手寫筆無法書寫或繪圖。 此筆記型電腦不支援觸控筆類型。 請參閱相容系統清單。
電池已完全排空。 更換 AAAA 電池。
觸控筆無法與 Dell Peripheral Manager （DPeM） 連結。 DPeM 無法順利配對。 啟動 DPeM，按一下右上角的「+」標記，按一下手寫筆標記。

使用手寫筆筆尖輕觸螢幕，將手寫筆連接至 DPeM。
筆身按鈕的預設功能無法運作。 預設功能遭到變更或覆寫。 啟動 DPeM 以檢查指派至筆身按鈕的功能。
手寫筆外皮脫落。 酒精類的液體可能會損壞觸控筆外皮。 請避免在手寫筆上直接使用酒精清潔劑或消毒劑。
若存放的空間及作業溫度和濕度不合適，可能會損壞手寫筆筆身。 請參閱說明文件，以進一步瞭解手寫筆的存放和操作資訊。
