Aby rozwiązać ten problem na serwerze Dell Security Management Server (dawniej Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition), wykonaj następujące czynności:

  1. Zatrzymaj usługę ComplianceReport.
  2. Zmień nazwę wszystkich cmgreports*.db plików w \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\ Folder.
  3. Skopiuj cmgreports.data.db pliku z \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\template\ folderu do \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\webapp\WEB-INF\reports\db\ Folder.
  4. Zmień nazwę \Dell\Enterprise Edition\Compliance Reporter\output Folder.
  5. Uruchom usługę ComplianceReport.

Aby rozwiązać ten problem w oprogramowaniu Dell Security Management Server Virtual (dawniej Dell Data Protection | Virtual Edition), wykonaj następujące czynności:

  1. Zamknij powłokę i zaloguj się jako ddpuser.
