PPDM:vSphere Installation Bundleの導入がエラー コード「ABV0032」で失敗する

Transparent Snapshot Data Mover (TSDM)用のPowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) vSphereインストール バンドルの導入またはアップデート中に、構成ジョブが失敗し、次のようなエラー メッセージが表示されます。

ABV0032: VM Direct Engine is unable to configure protection for the host "ESXi Host" on vCenter "VCenterName"

エラーの詳細セクションで、次のようなエラー メッセージが報告されます。

Unable to install vSphere Installation Bundle on host "ESXi Host". vCenter task is failed with /usr/sbin/esxupdate returned with exit status: 15

vCenter Serverでは、ストレージ スキャンが必要です。そうしないと、Broadcom ESXiホストの「esxupdate」ログ ファイルに次のようなエラー メッセージが報告されます。
