Sintomi

Wanneer u Alienware Command Center installeert vanuit het installatieprogramma van AWCC (setup.exe) en andere Microsoft-applicaties op de achtergrond open of actief zijn, ontvangt u mogelijk een 1603-installatiefoutmelding en mislukt de installatie.

Deze fout treedt op bij systemen met Windows 10 versie 1709 of hoger.

Ondersteunde systemen: Alle Alienware systemen

Causa

Deze fout treedt op omdat er gedeelde bestanden nodig zijn voor de installatie die worden gebruikt door andere UWP-apps (Universal Windows Platform), waardoor de installatie mislukt.

Risoluzione

Oplossing 1

  1. Sluit het installatieprogramma
  2. Sluit alle Microsoft-programma's, zoals Microsoft Store en alle bijbehorende applicaties, MS Office-applicaties, MS Edge, Rekenmachine, MS Tips en andere UWP-applicaties
  3. Probeer Alienware Command Center opnieuw te installeren
  4. Als het probleem zich blijft voordoen, voert u een schone opstartprocedure uit. Zie Een schone opstartprocedure uitvoeren in Windows 10 om softwareconflicten op te lossen voor instructies over het uitvoeren van een schone opstartprocedure
  5. Probeer Alienware Command Center opnieuw te installeren
  6. Als de installatie is voltooid, gaat u terug naar Een schone opstartprocedure uitvoeren in Windows 10 om softwareconflicten op te lossen en voert u de stappen uit onder Normaal opnieuw opstarten.
