Microsoft SQL Application Direct 소프트웨어의 이전 버전이 특정 시점에 설치된 경우. 컴퓨터에서 제거하면 이전 Lockbox는 남겨집니다. 현재 버전의 소프트웨어에서는 이전 Lockbox를 업데이트할 수 없습니다.

이 문제는 이전 버전의 소프트웨어를 사용했거나 Microsoft SQL Application Direct 백업에서 VMware Application Aware 백업으로 전환한 경우에 발생할 수 있습니다.

1. Lockbox 디렉토리 이름 변경

   ren  C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox,previous

2. 백업 재시도
