在安装了 Dell Encryption 软件的端点上执行 系统还原 或 最近一次已知好 配置时，计算机可能会收到以下错误消息：

系统映像恢复失败。

Windows 无法将映像还原到具有不同固件的计算机。映像是在使用 EFI 的计算机上创建的，此计算机正在使用 BIOS。

Shield 日志错误消息：

"CATALOG CRITICAL FAILURE DETECTED"

指出 C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Data Encryption\Encryption 文件夹已被修改或篡改。

窗口错误消息：

"System Restore failed to extract the file C:\CMGb2ce9.ALT"
"System Restore failed to extract the file (C:\CMGb2ce9.ALT) from the restore point. An unspecified error occurred during System Restore"
