증상

vROPs showing critical error: Error synchronizing user privilege information with VMware vCenter 

Triggered Alerts

The Connector to vCenter looks fine and in a green status.
vCenter dashboard is populated without any issue.
Clearing the error clears the error for a few minutes and then returns.
 
 

원인

vROPs connector to vCenter lost connection and recovered. The error remains in the database and is not cleared by clearing the error on the UI.
