증상

After enabling IRB and setting the JournalReportDecryptionEnabled to true, Microsoft Exchange will include an encrypted an decrypted envelope message to the journal mailbox.

SourceOne Email Management archives only the encrypted message instead of the decrypted message.

원인

This is a known defect as cited in SDR 63457.

해결

This issue is resolved in patches or Service Pack versions of SourceOne Email Supervisor 7.2 SP12 Hotfix 2 or higher.
