지침

The dramatiq service cannot be determined if it is running on the NativeEdge Orchestrator user interface. The methods below can be used to determine if dramatiq service is healthy.

Method 1 is to check whether there are any async jobs stuck on "started" stage. It means that the user can only find the "Started" event of the workflow but not the "finished" event of the same workflow. The screenshot below shows a breakdown of a successful single job.
success.png

Method 2 is to check the latest logs of the dramatiq pod. The dramatiq pod generates logs frequently. Every log generated should have a timestamp within 5 minutes. Commands below can be performed to retrieve the latest log.
Kubectl logs -l app=dramatiq-dramatiq -n hzp

Resolution:

The dramatiq service is removed in version 2.2.0.0 and above. So the issue no longer exists for version 2.2.0.0 and above.

If the user has identified that the dramatiq service stops working, perform the command below to restart the dramatiq pod.

Kubectl rollout restart deploy mist-ee-dramatiq-dramatiq -n hzp

When restarting the dramatiq pod does not bring the dramatiq service back online or the pod fails to start, open a service request and see this article.
