在您的端點使用 Microsoft Hyper-V 虛擬化軟體執行 Microsoft Windows 7 或 8.1 時，建議您部署 Dell Encryption 8.7.1 版或更新版本。如果使用 Hyper-V 軟體部署舊版的 Dell 加密，則可能會發生嚴重問題，例如電腦當機、藍色或黑色畫面，需要執行 Dell 加密資料復原。

如果執行 Windows 10 和 Hyper-V，建議您部署 Dell Encryption 版本 8.13 或更高版本。
