Exchange ActiveSync-konfigurationsverktyget kan inte konfigurera kommunikation med principproxy

När du kör EAS-konfigurationsverktyget för att konfigurera Exchange ActiveSync-hantering medan Exchange ActiveSync-webbprogrammet är konfigurerat att köras i klassiskt IIS-läge, uppstår principkommunikationsfel och följande meddelande visas:

"Failed to add the OTASync module declaration."

Gäller ej

Du kan komma runt det här problemet genom att om möjligt använda IIS-integrerat läge.

Alternativt kan web.config - och EASMailboxManager.exe.config-filerna ändras för att åtgärda problemet.

Gå till EASConfigUtility.log på följande sökväg (c:\Program Files\Dell\EAS Configuration Utility\EASConfigUtility.log) på Exchange Server.

1. PolicyProxy-adressen ska anges till IP-adressen eller värdnamnet för principproxyn så som anges i servergränssnittet vid installationen.
2. I web.config-filen, under <konfiguration>, lägger du till följande:

<configSections>
     <section name="OTASyncConfig" type="Credant.OTASync.OTASyncControlConfigSection, OTASyncControl, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5d874789881803c4" /> </configSections>
<OTASyncConfig>
      <ModeSettings mode="Full" />
      <CacheSettings enabled="true" ttl="25" />
      <PolicyProxies>
          <PolicyProxy address="localhost" port="8090"/>
      </PolicyProxies>
</OTASyncConfig>

under <system.web>, add the following:
     <httpModules>
         <add name="OTASyncControl" type="Credant.OTASync.OTASyncModule, OTASyncControl, Version=8.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=5d874789881803c4" />
</httpModules>

in the EASMailboxManager.exe.config file, under <configuration> add the following:
   <configSections>
           <section name="ExchangeManagementConfig" type="Credant.ExchangeManagement.ExchangeManagementConfigSection,
 EASMailboxManager"/>
    </configSections>
    <ExchangeManagementConfig>
          <ServiceSettings startupdelay="5" />
          <PolicyProxies pollinginterval="1">
                <PolicyProxy address="localhost" port="8090"/>

         </PolicyProxies>
  </ExchangeManagementConfig>
