Symptomen

嘗試執行「install all」命令時，交換器傳回「Pre-upgrade check failed."Return code -1.」訊息。

並未指出哪裡發生錯誤，韌體檔案的 md5sum 並沒有錯誤。bootflash: 與待機的監管程式皆有足夠的空間，但「install all」命令仍失敗，並傳回「Return code -1.」

Oorzaak

命令 
"show incompatibility-all system bootflash:m9700-sf2ek9-xxxx.bin"

 運作正常。

命令 
 "show install all impact kickstart bootflash:m9700-sf2ek9-kickstart-mz.xxxx.bin system bootflash:m9700-sf2ek9-mz.xxxx.bin" fails with "Return code -1."

Oplossing

因應措施：
  1. 執行「system switchover」命令以容錯移轉次要監管程式。等待命令完成。使用命令「show system redundancy status」以確認動作完成。
  2. 執行第二個「system switchover」命令，以返回之前使用中的監管程式，升級代碼目前位於其中。 
  3. 重新執行「install all」命令，升級應可順利完成。
