Avamar: Mislykket affaldsindsamling med fejl MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC

Symptoms
Avamar Garbage Collection-processen (GC) mislykkes med:
ERROR: <4202> failed garbage collection with error MSG_ERR_BADTIMESYNC
Cause
Tiden synkroniseres ikke mellem en eller flere Avamar-datanoder og Avamar-hjælpenoden.
Dette medfører, at Avamar-vedligeholdelsesaktiviteter mislykkes.
Resolution
1. Log på Avamar Utility Node som administrator.
2. Indlæs administratornøglerne. Se Avamar: Sådan logger du på en Avamar-server og indlæser forskellige nøgler for at få flere oplysninger om ilægning af nøgler.
3. Kontrollér, at tiden er synkroniseret på tværs af alle Avamar-noder:
mapall --all --parallel 'date'

4. Hvis tiden ikke er synkroniseret, skal du følge Avamar: Sådan ændres NTP på en Avamar-server Brug af asktime til at synkronisere tid på tværs af alle noder.
5. Når tiden er synkroniseret, skal du kontrollere, at affaldsindsamlingen fuldføres.
