Symptoms

如果您主要使用 CIFS/NFS 来写入备份，则应使用 ost.log 在 Data Domain （DD） 上大于 25M。有关从 Avamar 登录 DD 和访问 bash 模式的信息，请参阅如何从 Avamar Server 访问 Data Domain 系统。

查看日志轮换配置可确认其不正确：

head -1 /etc/logrotate.d/ost.log
/ddr/var/log/debug/ost {

Cause

如果您主要使用 CIFS/NFS 来写入备份，则应使用 ost.log 由于配置不正确，无法正常旋转。

Resolution

1.与 Dell Data Domain 支持团队一起创建服务请求，以协助审查和可能的编辑 /etc/logrotate.d/ost.log。
