Symptoms

Exchange 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생했습니다.

avexvss Error <13185>: Error retrieving Active Directory configuration search object -- cannot continue.  (This may be caused by insufficient permissions.)
avexvss Error <0000>: Windows PowerShell ?????? 'Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Admin' ?????????????????????????
avexvss Error <16954>: Unable to initialize Powershell interface process -- cannot continue.

후속 백업에서도 동일한 오류가 보고되었습니다.

Cause

백업 에이전트를 시작한 계정(avagent)의 암호가 만료되었습니다.

이로 인해 Avamar Client가 Exchange 관련 작업을 수행하지 못했습니다.

Resolution

백업 에이전트 계정의 암호를 "만료되지 않음"으로 설정하여 백업을 성공적으로 완료할 수 있습니다.

Additional Information

백업 에이전트를 실행하는 계정을 확인하려면 다음을 수행합니다.
  1. 관리 도구>서비스로 이동
  2. 백업 에이전트의 속성 표시
  3. Backup Agent 속성에서 Log On 탭을 클릭합니다
