無法安裝 EMC PowerPath 6.1 版，這是新安裝的項目。
當客戶嘗試安裝 PP 6.1 時，傳回錯誤：
先決條件安裝失敗。安裝無法繼續。

 

 

1.在 PP 6.1 上，PowerPath 安裝路徑已變更為 

C：\ProgramData\EMC\PowerPath\Package Cache\ 而非 C：\Windows\Installer\

2.作為因應措施，客戶可將檔案 C：\ProgramData\EMC\PowerPath\Package Cache\2933148C-1D4C-4B4F-9B0D-1E50C6E01544v6.1.0\ 從狀況良好的伺服器複製到有問題的伺服器

3. 備份註冊金鑰，並設定 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\c1c4f01781cc94c4c8fb1542c0981a2a\SourceList\Net\

1） C：\ProgramData\EMC\PowerPath\Package Cache\2933148C-1D4C-4B4F-9B0D-1E50C6E01544v6.1.0\current\vcredist_x64 --> 適用於 x64 位元作業系統


2） C：\Users\ADMDWI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000。TMP\

或

3） 在問題主機的「HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\」下，「檢查金鑰」c1c4f01781cc94c4c8f8f1542c0981a2a」。如果找不到金鑰，請從良好的伺服器匯出金鑰，然後匯入有問題的伺服器」，然後繼續執行進一步的步驟。

4. 在資料夾 C：\ProgramData\EMC\PowerPath\Package Cache\2933148C-1D4C-4B4F-9B0D-1E50C6E01544v6.1.0\current

5. 下執行 PowerPath 6.1 setup.msi。

請要求客戶使用本機系統管理員帳戶來安裝 PowerPath。
