Symptoms

客户正在阵列上配置 LDAP，并遇到 LDAP 服务器连接失败的问题。

无法连接到 LDAP 服务器。请重新检查“配置 LDAP 服务器凭据”页面上报告的目录服务下的 LDAP 配置。

LDAP Domain = jstone.mystore.com
Distinguished Name=CN=unity-service, CN=Users, DC=jstone, DC=mystore, DC=com
Password=matched to domain account password set for unity-service in Active Directory
Port=389

依次单击 Apply>和 <Verify Credentials。>> 此时将显示连接失败消息。

 

Cause

未配置 NTP。

 

Resolution

设置 NTP 后，LDAP 身份验证成功运行。

 

Additional Information

  1. 检查 Unity 和 LDAP 服务器之间的网络连接。您可以参阅 CLI 指南 /net/util/ping 或 /net/util/traceroute 进行检查。

  2. 如果连接正常，您可能需要检查绑定 DN 是否正确。请参阅 CLI 指南 /net/nas/ldap

请检查并确保绑定 DN 路径与 LDAP 服务器设置匹配。
