Symptoms



- 온라인 업데이트 작업을 실행하려고 할 때마다 실패합니다. 
- 고객은 일반적으로 URL을 열 수 있습니다. 웹 브라우저에서 vupdate.emc.com 정상적으로
- 작업 로그에서 다음과 같은 오류를 볼 수 있습니다. 
이는 SRM 프런트엔드에서 vupdate.emc.com URL에 연결하려고 할 때 연결 시간이 초과되었음을 나타냅니다.

Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: vupdate.emc.com: Connection Timeout
- When trying to ping or telnet the URL vupdate.emc.com from the Frontend the same Error cause was displayed. 

Cause

고객이 프록시 서버를 사용하고 있습니다. 엔지니어링 팀에 문의한 결과, 고객 서버에서 프록시 서버를 사용할 경우 온라인 업데이트를 실행할 수 없음(URL vupdate.emc.com 액세스)을 확인했습니다.

Resolution

프록시 서버가 고객 네트워크에 배포된 경우 온라인 업데이트 작업을 실행할 수 없습니다.
