Cause

En tidligere version af Microsoft SQL Application Direct-softwaren blev installeret på et tidspunkt. Da den blev fjernet fra computeren, blev den gamle lockbox efterladt. Den aktuelle version af softwaren kan ikke opdatere ældre nøglebokse.

Dette problem kan opstå, hvor ældre versioner af softwaren blev brugt, eller hvor overgangen fra Microsoft SQL Application Direct Backups til VMware Application Aware-sikkerhedskopieringer fandt sted.

 

Resolution

  1. Omdøb nøgleboksmappen

    ren  C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox,previous

  2. Prøv at sikkerhedskopiere igen

Bemærk: Lockbox-mappen gendannes i begyndelsen af den næste sikkerhedskopiering.
