Das erste Application Aware-Backup von PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM) schlägt fehl

Im Protokoll des PPDM-UI-Jobs wird Folgendes angezeigt:

Cause

Zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt wurde eine frühere Version der Software Microsoft SQL Application Direct installiert. Beim Entfernen aus dem Computer bleibt die alte Lockbox zurück. Die aktuelle Version der Software ist nicht in der Lage, ältere Lockboxes zu aktualisieren.

Dieses Problem kann auftreten, wenn ältere Versionen der Software verwendet wurden oder eine Umstellung von Microsoft SQL Application Direct-Backups auf VMware Application Aware-Backups stattgefunden hat.

 

Resolution

  1. Umbenennen des Lockbox-Verzeichnisses

    ren  C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox,previous

  2. Wiederholen Sie das Backup

Hinweis: Das Lockbox-Verzeichnis wird zu Beginn des nächsten Backups neu erstellt.
