PowerProtect Data Manager(PPDM)の最初のアプリケーション対応バックアップが失敗する

PPDM UIジョブのログには、次の情報が表示されます。

Microsoft SQL Application Directソフトウェアの以前のバージョンは、ある時点でインストールされています。コンピューターから取り外すと、古いロックボックスが残されています。ソフトウェアの現在のバージョンでは、古いロックボックスをアップデートできません。

この問題は、古いバージョンのソフトウェアが使用されていた場合、またはMicrosoft SQL Application DirectバックアップからVMware Application Awareバックアップへの移行が発生した場合に発生する可能性があります。

1. ロックボックス ディレクトリーの名前変更

   ren  C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox C:\Program Files\DPSAPPS\common\lockbox,previous

2. バックアップの再試行
