Cause
使用具有僅限 Dell Encryption UDF 原則的第三方 CD 或 DVD 燒錄機軟體時，錯誤訊息會有所不同。錯誤訊息可能包括但不限於：
- 磁碟無法使用。
- 媒體不相容
- 不支援此格式。
Resolution
必須啟用 「僅 UDF」 策略才能允許 CD 或 DVD 讀取或寫入功能。如果未啟用此原則，端點將無法辨識插入電腦的 CD 或 DVD。
