This article explains the different possible causes and the relevant solutions for these error alerts. Alert ID SDNAS_FS_STATE_SERVICE_UNMOUNTED
Alert Text File system %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)) has been taken offline for service
Error Code (0x01300904)
Description User created File system has been taken offline for service mount operation,  corrective operations are required to be performed.
Resolution Solution
  1. Perform data collection, including nas infomation, to assist in the resolution of this issue.
    To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection. Select from the "Advanced support materials collection options" to Include additional information.
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.
 

 

Alert ID SDNAS_FS_STATE_UNMOUNTED_CORRUPTION_DETECTED
Alert Text File system %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)) is offline after discovering corruption
Error Code (0x01300903)
Description User created FS get corrupted, corrective operations are required to be performed.
Resolution Solution

This alert may be triggered in the following scenario: After a filesystem snapshot is restored from the source, while the underlying filesystem session is deemed OK, the synchronized replication destination filesystem is identified as "corrupted" and subsequently goes offline. Should this happen, the workaround is to pause replication on the destination side prior to executing the filesystem snapshot restoration.

If the issue persists:
  1. Perform data collection, including nas infomation, to assist in the resolution of this issue.
    To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection. Select from the "Advanced support materials collection options" to Include additional information.
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.
   

 

Alert ID SDNAS_FS_STATE_RECOVERY_FAILED
Alert Text Recovery failed on file system %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)
Error Code (0x01300906)
Description Recovery is failed on Respective User created File system.
The normal recovery operation of file system has failed.
Resolution Solution
  1. Perform data collection, including nas infomation, to assist in the resolution of this issue.
    To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection. Select from the "Advanced support materials collection options" to Include additional information.
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.

Alert Text File system %(fsname) in NAS server %(vdmname) (fsid %(fsid)) is offline due to receiving an I/O error.
Error Code (0x01300902)
Description User created File system is offline due to receiving an I/O error, corrective operations are required to be performed.
Resolution Solution
  1. Please perform data collection, including nas infomation, to assist in the resolution of this issue.
    To perform data collection using PowerStore Manager go to Settings -> Support: Support Materials -> Start Collection. Select from the "Advanced support materials collection options" to Include additional information.
  2. Once the data collection is completed contact technical support.
