SATA SED를 사용하는 일부 Dell 2017 노트북의 경우, 레거시 부팅 모드에서 Dell의 Self-Encrypting Drive Manager를 활용할 때 사전 부팅 인증 환경에서 터치패드가 작동하지 않습니다.

또한 레거시 PBA가 설치되었을 때 컴퓨터가 최대 절전 모드로 전환되면 최대 절전 모드에서 나올 때 터치패드가 운영 체제에서 작동하지 않습니다.

컴퓨터와 PBA가 UEFI 모드에서 실행 중인 경우에는 이러한 문제가 발생하지 않습니다.

Resolution

고객은 내부 트랙 스틱 마우스 또는 외부 USB 마우스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

참고: 이러한 문제는 Dell Encryption v8.17.1 이상에서 해결됩니다.
